Q2 2024 Android Performance for Top Theme Parks Apps in the US

In the second quarter of 2024, theme park enthusiasts have continued to engage with their favorite parks through mobile apps, as evidenced by the latest data from Sensor Tower. Here's a look at how the top theme parks apps performed on the Android platform in the US.

Disneyland® Paris saw a fluctuating download trend, starting strong at 227K in the first week of April and peaking at 260K by the end of June. The app's weekly active users showed a positive trend, climbing from 380K to 539K over the quarter.

Disneyland® experienced relatively low download numbers, with the highest at 24K in the second week of April and consistent figures around 19K towards the end of June. Weekly active users were minimal, with a slight increase to 46K in mid-June.

My Disney Experience had no downloads recorded for the initial week of April, but downloads picked up, reaching 30K in mid-June. Weekly active users were not available until mid-May, but showed an upward trajectory from 36K in early June to 45K by the quarter's end.

Europa-Park & Rulantica downloads varied, with a high of 11K in early May and a low of 4K by late June. The app's weekly active users data was not available, which makes it challenging to gauge engagement levels.

Finally, Universal Studios Japan had a modest download count, maintaining a steady state of 4K downloads for several weeks before dropping to zero by the end of June. Weekly active users data was not reported after the third week of April.
